Big Value Box is a subsidiary of B dynamic Pty Ltd. All goods and services supplied by B dynamic Pty Limited are sold subject to the following conditions:

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Big Value Box ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of our group buying platform services in Australia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Big value Box (BVB), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe upon the rights of others.

• Transmit any harmful, malicious, or disruptive code.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform.

Transactions conducted through our platform are subject to the terms and conditions set by the sellers or service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or fulfillment of products or services purchased through our platform.

All content and materials on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of BVB and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express consent.

We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our platform, and all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply

Our platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of our platform, and we are not liable for any errors or omissions.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

By using BVB you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use

Commitment Period:
Buyers can commit to purchasing BVB's products during a specified commitment period which closes on the BVB Expiry Date. No payments will be processed during this commitment period unless the BVB is deemed successful - defined by being filled 100% or the box is released for shipment. Those BVBs which are successful and released before the BVB expiry date will allow early shipment of the BVB to the committed Buyers.

Successful Condition:

Payments will only be processed if the BVB is deemed as successful. A successful BVB is achieved if it is 100% filled, or meets the threshold level before the BVB Expiry Date, or the supplier decides to release on a case-by-case basis at their discretion. 

Payment Processing:
Payments will be processed automatically on the BVB Expiry Date for BVBs which have met the threshold by the end of the commitment period, based on the agreed-upon pricing and terms.

Payments may be processed earlier than the BVB expiry date if the BVB is deemed successful by filling to 100% or released for shipment early by the supplier. 

If BVB expires unsuccessfully no payments will be collected from the buyers.

Refund Policy:

In the event there is an issue with the BVB product supplied, a full refund of any payments made, without any deductions or penalties will be made in accordance to our Returns Policy https://bigvaluebox.com.au/return-policy.

Notifications and Regular Updates:

The BVB Team will provide regular updates to buyers throughout the commitment period, ensuring transparency and open communication regarding the progress of service delivery.

Notifications will be sent through to each buyer through their registered email address. Notifications are sent when a buyer commits to a BVB, once it is successful or expires unsuccessfully, when payments are being processed for successful BVBs, the BVB is released for shipment to the warehouse, available for pick-up or handed to the freight carrier for delivery (tracking code will be provided). 

Data Privacy and Security:

The BVB Team is committed to protecting the privacy and security of buyers' personal and financial information, adhering to industry-standard data protection practices and regulations.

Eligibility
This Free Shipping offer ("Offer") is available to the first 50 customers who place an order with a commitment value of over $99, exclusively within the Sydney Metro region. To redeem this offer, customers must enter the promo code "FIRST50" at the time of checkout.

Offer Period
This Offer is valid only for orders placed until 30th May 2024 or the first 50 customers to complete their transactions, whichever occurs first.  The transactions are subject to availability of the BVB boxes and while supplies last.

Geographic Limitation
The Offer is limited to deliveries within the Sydney Metro region, as defined by the specified postcodes listed in our delivery area section below. Orders placed for delivery outside these postcodes are not eligible for this Offer.

Based on Australia Post eParcel definitions, the ranges are for Sydney Metro postcodes are: 1000-1920, 2000-2239, 2555-2574, 2740-2786.

Order Requirements
The minimum purchase requirement for this Offer is $99, excluding taxes and any other charges.
The Offer applies to qualifying purchases made in a single transaction for a single BigValueBox. 
Eligible customers must enter the "FIRST50" coupon code during checkout to activate the free shipping. 

Exclusions
This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Free shipping is not applicable to items that are not eligible based on their weight, size, or other factors as noted within their individual product descriptions. Multiple BigValueBoxes ordered in a single transaction may not all receive free shipping based on the usage. The free shipping discount will be shown as a discount to the total. 
BigValueBox reserves the right to contact customers for a credit card to cover the shipping charge of any item(s) that are not eligible for free shipping.

General Conditions
BigValueBox is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, delays from the freight carrier or strikes.

No adjustments on previous purchases. The Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice.

The Offer is not valid on international and interstate shipments.

Modification and Termination
BigValueBox reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without notice.
